I was very apprehensive about the whole home buying process. Not to mention my husband and I needed to sell our house and I was about 6 months pregnant. I had never purchased a home before and was not really sure what the whole process entailed. On the recommendation of Zack Alvey we talked with Dina Blackmore. After our first meeting with her I was very much at ease. She came out to our home and got the process started. She let us know roughly what our house was worth and what we needed to fix up to sell and what we were looking for in a home. We gave her a list of houses we wanted to look at and she added a few more. While looking at houses she told us all about the house and the area. When we put an offer in I think she was more disappointed than us when it didn't get accepted! It was okay though because she found us an even better one the next day. During the whole next month she worked very hard to make sure that each step of the process, the inspection, the pest control etc, was done in time for our closing. It was very important because our daughter arrived early and we needed to bring her home. The best part of the whole thing...She sold our house before it was even on the market. She had a client it was perfect for and with our permission walked them through it while we were still in the hospital with our daughter. Kevin helped my husband get the house fixed up for the sale and made the first few months of our time with our daughter as stress free as possible. If I had to buy a house again I would use Dina again in a heartbeat. Anyone I know who even mentions possibly moving I hand out her cards.
